P&P is shown at checkout - FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS over £50 within the UK. Items are sent out within one working day via your choice of Royal Mail 1st Class signed for, Royal Mail 1st Class Standard or Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard. Postage (takes 1-5 days from dispatch, on average, depending on which service you choose) costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your order value and postage choice.
If in the Cambridge UK area, you are welcome to collect your items from me or I can drop them off for you - again please just use the contact me button to request this. Overseas buyers’ shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
As I am based in the UK, the items are processed within 24 hours of receiving an order and in the case of physical items, shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. In the case of each individually printed item, these are generally shipped within 3-5 days - please see each item description for more precise details. Once out for delivery, items within the UK will arrive quicker than those overseas.
Again, each delivery time is stated on the individual product listing. Print-on-demand clothing, bags and accessories generally take 3-7 days within the UK and physical gift items and cards etc. take 2-3 working days. Please see the item description for expected delivery times. I offer free packing and postage within the UK on orders over £50 and I ship worldwide - delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are dependant on your location. In the case of delivery service, I generally use Royal Mail - for items of higher value or bulk items I use first class signed for/tracked. In each case, I obtain proof of postage and tracking.
I reserve the right to choose an alternative delivery service provider should there be issues or reasons why Royal Mail isn’t suitable at any given time or for overseas orders.

Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund.
